2.負責公(gōng)司壓鑄工(gōng)藝的審定,确定關鍵壓鑄工(gōng)藝流程;

3.負責壓鑄模具(jù)與工(gōng)藝過程改善,零件一次合格率改善達到95%;

4.負責整個工(gōng)藝部門管理(lǐ)、制度制定與完善;

5.組織對壓鑄技(jì )術問題進行研發攻關,消除制約公(gōng)司戰略實施的技(jì )術瓶頸,解決現場壓鑄工(gōng)藝難題,整體(tǐ)提升公(gōng)司壓鑄技(jì )術管理(lǐ)水平;

6.完成上級領導交代的其他(tā)工(gōng)作(zuò)。

1.鑄造或者機械專業等相關專業大專及以上學(xué)曆;

2.有(yǒu)8年以上壓鑄模具(jù)優化或者壓鑄模具(jù)設計經驗,精(jīng)通鋁合金壓鑄工(gōng)藝、熟悉模具(jù)設計者優先;

3.有(yǒu)大型壓鑄上市企業或頭部模具(jù)企業設計工(gōng)作(zuò)經驗者優先;

4.具(jù)有(yǒu)新(xīn)能(néng)源汽車(chē)壓鑄電(diàn)控殼體(tǐ)(OBC、逆變器)、二合一或者多(duō)合一電(diàn)機殼體(tǐ)、中(zhōng)小(xiǎo)型結構件改善經驗或者模具(jù)設計經驗者優先。
